鼓山与涌泉寺
福州的神圣之山：925米山峰上的古石阶道、1200年历史的佛教古刾和闽江上方的森林步道。
鼓山海拔925米，位于闽江北岸、距福州市中心约8公里，是这座城市最重要的自然和宗教地标，可以在半天内将登山徒步与福建最重要的佛教寺院之一结合在一起。
经典路线沿着超过2000级石阶的古道，途经七座古亭登至涌泉寺。涌泉寺始建于唐建中四年（公元783年），寺内三宝为1300年菩提树、千年铜钟和唐代石碑。寺内的素斋午餐是福州人熟知的传统。
过了涌泉寺，十八景步道继续延伸，沿途有摩崖石刻、崖壁书法和林间山脊。缆车可作为替代方案，把体力留给寺院和上段步道。

Start early to avoid afternoon heat
The stone trail is mostly shaded but the climb is sustained. Morning starts are more comfortable, especially in spring and autumn.
The vegetarian lunch is part of the experience
Yongquan Temple serves a simple vegetarian meal that is worth building into the schedule rather than rushing past.
Cable car is a valid option
Entry to the mountain is free. Cable car is CNY 50 round trip or CNY 35 one way. Yongquan Temple entry is CNY 40.
